Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Delivery Time:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days depending on location.
- Express options may be available at checkout.

Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

International Orders: Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Lingerie, toys, and opened personal care items.
- Sale or promotional items marked final sale.

Exchanges: Only accepted for defective or damaged items.

Return Process:

  1. Email support@seducedbyplay.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless defective/damaged.

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method once items are received and inspected. Processing time varies by bank/payment provider.
